Consultation & Client Forms
All forms must be completed before treatments due to health and safety regulations.
Nail Art
If you wish to have nail art, please discuss it when booking to ensure adequate time is allotted.
Arriving with Clean Nails
Arrive with no product on nails unless booked for removal or infill. Foreign removal must be booked in advance.
Appointment Timing
I can only accommodate one client at a time. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will result in cancellation.
Cancellation & Changes
Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will lead to you being charged the full amount of your appointment and you will be unable to book with me until this is paid.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost at the end of the appointment.
Age Requirement
Treatments are not available to clients under 18 due to health, safety, and insurance reasons.
No Refunds
All treatments are non-refundable. If you're dissatisfied with your treatment, please let me know, and I will do my best to rectify it in a follow-up appointment.
Payment
Full payment is required at the end of the appointment. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or cash.
Parking
Be considerate of neighbours when parking. Do not block driveways. I am not liable for your vehicle.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is offensive, aggressive, or whose treatment is not in their best interest.
Agreement
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Failure to adhere may result in removal as a client.
